Step 1

Free Credit Analysis

Always Free

We start every client with a free credit file analysis, using a secure credit monitoring service.

This includes:

  • Reviewing your credit reports
  • Identifying negative items and risk factors
  • Understanding your credit goals (funding, home purchase, cleanup, etc.)

There is no cost and no obligation for this initial review.

Step 2

Credit Consulting & Strategy

Paid

After your free analysis, we determine whether a credit consulting and strategy plan is appropriate for your situation.

This step focuses on:

  • Evaluating which items can potentially be challenged
  • Determining the order and strategy for addressing negative accounts
  • Identifying compliance risks and timing considerations
  • Preparing a written action plan specific to your credit profile

Important: This step does not include submitting disputes or contacting credit bureaus.

It is a strategy and preparation phase required before any credit repair work begins.

Step 3

Credit Repair Services

Optional & Separate

After consulting is completed, clients may choose to move forward with credit repair services.

  • Credit repair services are offered under a separate agreement
  • No upfront fees are charged for credit repair
  • Billing occurs only after dispute work is completed, in accordance with federal law
  • Clients may cancel at any time

You are never required to move forward beyond consulting.

We do not promise or guarantee:
  • Removal of specific accounts
  • Credit score increases
  • Specific timelines or outcomes

All credit results depend on creditor verification, bureau responses, and individual credit history.

  • For clients with collections, charge-offs, or multiple derogatory accounts
  • Includes prioritization, dispute sequencing, and documentation guidance

Advanced Credit Event Strategy

  • For complex cases involving bankruptcies, repossessions, or major derogatory events
  • Includes legal-timeline review, bureau reporting analysis, and advanced planning

All consulting plans include a written credit strategy summary delivered to the client.
